El Matazano

About This Coffee

This is our second coffee from Honduras, El Matazano. What makes these coffees special is their complex and unique flavor profile that reminds us of a combination between coffees from Mexico and Kenya, origins we are both very fond of. This cup is unique because of the variety Lempira and the quality is outstanding. It makes a complex and comforting cup with taste notes of apple, white chocolate and a raisin-like sweetness. Yet it is very clean and has a velvety mouth feel.
