Mejorado has emerged as Ecuador's crown jewel in coffee cultivation. Despite its name suggesting a link to Typica, Typica Mejorado is genetically distinct. Recent studies reveal it to be a hybrid of Bourbon and Ethiopian Landrace, combining the best of both worlds in flavor and complexity.
