Pepe Jijón is an exceptional producer with a farm to match. Finca Soledad, a biodynamic and organic estate, boasts some of the richest biodiversity we've ever seen. On just four hectares within 120 hectares of pristine cloud forest, Pepe cultivates only Sidra, Gesha, and Mejorado. More than a coffee farm, Soledad is a community hub where Pepe and his family create jobs and provide support for single mothers.
