About This Coffee
Udesa Fora Station is located in the Sukke Chiga Kebele of Kercha, in Ethiopia's Guji zone, managed by Mekonnen Beriso. Between 300-400 farmers contribute cherries, primarily growing heirloom 74112 and 74158 varieties at elevations of 1,900-2,100 m.a.s.l. Washed process includes meticulous cherry selection, depulping, 72-hour fermentation, washing, and 8-12 days drying. High elevation shade-grown coffee with unique microclimate offering cool nights and moderate sun for complex sugar development.
