Ripe tropical aroma with a perfect balance of berries and passionfruit sweetness and acidity. Diofanor Ruiz is a passionate producer from La Divisa in Buenavista, Quindío, where he grows Papayo, Castillo, and Caturra among lush agroforestry. Some of the Rumble crew have visited his farm and were blown away by its organisation and Diofanor’s vibrant personality. His attention to detail shines through — only the ripest cherries are handpicked and undergo a 45-hour aerobic fermentation before slow drying. The result is a sweet, fruit-driven coffee that’s as lively as Diofanor himself.
