About This Coffee

This is the first time we've offered this coffee from our farm, so we're delighted to see it earn five stars from Roast Ratings! Our Natural Yellow Bourbon is made just like our Natural Yellow Caturra: We hand-pick ripe cherries and lay them to sun dry in a thin layer on wire screens. After up to three weeks of sun drying, we store the whole, dried cherries and let them rest for a few months before roasting to order.
