Natural Process in extreme form - concentrated fruit and a lot of intensity. Light roast with bright acidity. As espresso: sprightly acidity with fruity character, reminiscent of blueberry banana bread with milk. As filter coffee: concentrated mature fruit flavors with dense mouthfeel, liqueorous quality, lingering sweet-spicy finish recalling Cherry Coke.
