Exciting dark roast with chocolatey & earthy notes. The largest part comes from Yemen, the probably most exciting and underestimated coffee growing country in the world. The coffee from the Sana'a region has so much power especially as an espresso that it needs some Robusta to remain balanced. Desert Rose is dark roasted and yet significantly more layered than many a light and fruity espresso. Best of both worlds – a modern and progressive dark roast.
