This coffee surprises with aromas you wouldn’t expect from Colombian coffee. Our first impression: warm cranberry juice with gummy bears and a splash of red wine. Sounds weird? It’s insanely delicious. Super fruity and quite unique. We roast this Natural from Colombia very light. It has a very lively acidity and is incredibly fruity. Foremost, there’s juicy cranberry, but strawberry is also present. Additionally, there’s a bit of stone fruit. In the finish, there are light caramel and almond notes. Super sweet and soft with a full body that still doesn’t feel heavy. The acidity can be compared to a good red wine. The sweetness is similar to panela sugar. A very fruity, well-structured, and complex Specialty Coffee!!!
