About This Coffee

This Pink Bourbon is delicate and floral with bright citric acidity and a long, sweet finish. In the cup we get lemonade, white florals and grapefruit. This is an extra-light roast variant of our light roast Alirio. We recommend extra-light profiles for experienced brewers willing to wait up to 40 days after roast for best results. Extra-light profiles sacrifice initial sweetness and intensity for clarity.
