Our first time working with the Lamastus Family Estates from Panama, The Lamastus Family has being producing coffee in Panama for four generations since 1918. This natural geisha is truly a beautiful coffee that reminds us of strawberry, jasmine florals and tropical sweetness like pineapple. Sold in 100g bags. This is a limited Extra-Light variant of El Burro Lot 16. Our Extra-Light roasts are recommended to experienced brewers only, and are best after 40 days of rest. This profile of El Burro lot 16 has slightly lower intensity and acidity than our light profile, but has a lighter body and a slightly higher level of clarity. For those wanting the highest intensity, initial sweetness or acidity levels, we recommend our light profile.
