About This Coffee

This is our fifth time featuring José of El Casino. His coffees are always some of our favourites from Huila, Colombia. This Pink Bourbon is floral and delicate, presenting itself with a light body and a sweet honeysuckle finish on our cupping table. This is an extra-light roast variant of this coffee. Our extra-lights are roasted intentionally for shorter durations, often sacrificing intensity, sweetness, and acidity for clarity.
