About This Coffee

This is our third time featuring José of El Casino. His coffees are always some of our favourites from Huila and this lot does not disappoint. This is a juicy pink bourbon that reminds us of the sweetness of cotton candy, juicy blood orange and peppercorn, and a grapefruit finish. This is an extra-light roast profile, which we recommend rest for up to 40 days of rest for best results after the roast date. Extra-light profiles sacrifice sweetness and initial intensity for clarity.
