Another stunning lot from our dear friend Eyder Martinez. Eyder worked for El Paraiso as their biochemical engineer and coffee processor. Over the past couple years we have grown a good relationship with Eyder working directly with him, and this beautiful Pink Bourbon is the second coffee we've featured from his farm - this time featuring a semi-washed Pink Bourbon with a vibrant and fruit forward profile.
