About This Coffee

Another stunning lot from Wilder, and the third time we've featured his coffee this year (2024), this coffee is intensely aromatic and reminds us of lavender, white honey and lychee. This is a limited extra-light roast variant of this coffee which is recommended for experienced brewers willing to wait up to forty days post roast for best results. Extra-Light roasts often sacrifice initial sweetness and intensity for clarity. We recommend our (other) Light profile for most brewers.
