This is our first time featuring a coffee from Yilver Andrés Pajoy Ipia. This well-balanced Geisha won him the 5th place award at the Western Copa de Oro competition. This is an extra-light roast variant of this coffee. In the cup we taste sweet key lime pie, juicy citrus and delicate florals. Our extra-lights require extended rest for best results and often sacrifice intensity, sweetness, and acidity for clarity.
