About This Coffee

This is our first year working with Georgina and her extremely small garden of Gesha, tucked away in the mountains of Santa Ana in Cusco. In the cup we find apple blossom, mandarin, and blueberry. This is our first year purchasing coffee from Georgina Puma. Santa Ana has a unique microclimate for coffee production, and Georgina has done a remarkable job cultivating coffee within it. The region’s relatively high humidity allows her to maintain nearly a full forest canopy of shade while still producing exceptional quality. This approach also helps preserve soil health and biodiversity across the farm.
