About This Coffee

This is our first year purchasing coffee from this young farm and family. Now in its fourth year of production, the quality is already exceptional. In the cup we find blood orange, raspberry, and lemon balm. Lubier Beltran is a young, second-generation coffee producer. Having grown up working on his family’s coffee farm, he purchased Finca Tijuana for himself and his wife shortly after they were married. This is a young farm, now in its fourth year of production, and we are excited to see how it evolves alongside this young family. Pink Bourbon is a relatively new variety being grown primarily in and around Huila, Colombia. The variety has been identified genetically as an Ethiopian Landrace, but unfortunately, we cannot be any more specific as to its origins until there is a larger genetic database.
