About This Coffee

This is our second year purchasing Luis Salas's Gesha separation. Luis, and the incredible florality of his coffee, is the reason why we were first drawn to the Santa Teresa region and why we continued to explore it in more depth this season. We are honored to again have the opportunity to work with his coffee. In the cup we find yellow tropical fruit, white peach, and jasmine.
