About This Coffee

We have been working with these two young producers for a few years now, and both their story and their coffee continue to inspire. Their lots are consistently exceptional, and they are a pleasure to work with. In the cup we find a complex profile of tropical fruit, floral oolong, and berry-like sweetness. Pink Bourbon is a relatively new variety being grown primarily in and around Huila, Colombia. The variety has been identified genetically as an Ethiopian Landrace, but unfortunately, we cannot be any more specific as to its origins until there is a larger genetic database.
