About This Coffee
Juan is a first generation coffee grower who has worked hard to get his coffee operations up and running. Juan's coffee is grown at very high altitude in Huehuetenango under shade in soils enriched by native plants. The coffee is depulped same day, fermented in wooden tanks for 10-12 hours, given a second soak in fresh water for 20-24 hours, then dried on concrete patio for 6 days with hourly turning.
