This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown on micro-lots in the highlands of Paso Ancho, where third-generation producer Carlos Aguilera Franceschi continues a legacy that began in the 1800s. After decades at Carmen Estate, Carlos now focuses on smaller-scale, precision-driven lots with Franceschi Coffee, alongside his partner Jean Paul Langenstein. Lot GW 38 is a washed Geisha grown at 1,850 masl, meticulously processed to preserve the clarity, florality, and refined structure this varietal is known for. We've roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect a clean, floral-forward cup with subtle citrus brightness and elegant depth, a thoughtful evolution of Panamanian coffee tradition.
