This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown in the cool, rainy highlands of Tierras Altas, where Farm Los Alpes cultivates Geisha with care and precision. Lot GNA 1027 underwent a 72-hour washed fermentation, then dried gently for 7 days on raised beds. The result is a beautifully structured cup, capturing the elegance and softness of high-grown Panamanian Geisha. We've roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect a clean, rounded cup with tea-like delicacy and a soft, flowing sweetness.
