Producer Julio Madrid, alongside Andrés Julio Quiceno, crafted this Castillo lot using their signature Niu Cultured Washed method, a precision fermentation that heightens tropical sweetness and clean acidity. We’ve roasted it light to let the nuances shine. Expect tropical fruits, with a finish that lingers like quiet morning light.
