This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown at Mi Finquita, a high-elevation farm run by Ratibor and Tessie Hartmann, part of Panama's legendary coffee lineage. Perched between 1,650 and 2,000 meters in the Boquete highlands, the Geisha grown here benefits from cool air, tropical biodiversity, and careful, slow natural processing over 15 to 22 days.
