About This Coffee

This coffee is a snapshot of place — grown at Finca San Pedro, a third-generation family farm in the mountains of Tolima. Since 2011, the Monroy family has focused on specialty coffee, evolving from traditional varieties into a diverse portfolio including Geisha, Pink Bourbon, and Tabi, supported by ongoing experimentation and careful cultivation. At San Pedro, tradition and innovation work side by side. Each lot reflects years of accumulated knowledge, precise farming, and a commitment to expressing the unique character of Tolima’s terroir. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect white florals and orange blossom aromatics, followed by a soft floral sweetness and tea-like structure. The cup is light, silky, and clean, with a gentle brightness and refined finish.
