This coffee is a snapshot of place — grown in Panama and crafted by Jamison Savage, whose meticulous natural processing brings elegance and clarity to each lot. Anthem is harvested at peak ripeness and slow-dried for up to 20 days on a custom three-tiered raised bed system, allowing for perfect airflow and balanced fermentation. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect red apple, cinnamon, almond, and grapefruit — with delicate aromatics, refined sweetness, and a clean, fruit-forward clarity.
