About This Coffee

This coffee is a snapshot of place — high-grown on the slopes of Volcán in Chiriquí, Panama, where volcanic soil and cool tropical climate shape vibrant, expressive coffees. Spectrum is the result of years of meticulous experimentation by Jamison Savage, using a precision-controlled carbonic maceration process that enhances sweetness and preserves delicate florals. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect mango, pineapple, nectarine, and jasmine — a cup that’s juicy, aromatic, and structured, finishing clean and lingering like a fine white Burgundy.
