David Flores is the general manager and legal representative of El Morito, a new-to-us independent growers group from Northern Peru. La Neblina is situated at 1,850-1,900 masl where he primarily grows Sidra, Gesha, and Marshell. This Sidra stood out on the cupping table with its deep sweetness and articulate stone fruit notes. This is the first Peruvian Sidra we have roasted and we are excited to see one of our favourite varieties start to pop up in Peru.
