This is the sister to our SL-28 varietal coffee from Edinson Argote who's product helped Justin Bull snag the 2025 US Brewers Cup. What makes it so unique is a high-tech 'Advanced Natural' process that uses yeast inoculation and thermal shock to really pump up the sweetness and clarity. It’s essentially a masterclass in fermentation from the Huila region, resulting in a flavor profile that is both complex and award-winning.
