High in the mist-shrouded highlands of Panama's Chiriquí region, Bambito Estate continues a legacy that spans five generations. Now lovingly stewarded by Iván González and his mother Priscilla, this family-owned farm stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of Panama's coffee heritage. Perched between 1,600–1,800 m above sea level, Bambito benefits from a rare microclimate created by mountain ridges that shield the farm from harsh winds—ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation and layered flavor development.
