A continuation of the prestigious Finca Hartmann lineage, one of the most celebrated coffee families in Panama. Established in the early 1900s in the rainforest highlands of Tierras Altas. Hartmann Reserve integrates an archaeological lens into coffee cultivation, approaching coffee as a living record of cultural memory and natural history. The project experiments with processing methods, fermentation styles, and micro lot separation.
