About This Coffee
The coffee is manually harvested and carefully selected for ripe cherries, then fermented in plastic containers for 20 hours. After that, it’s depulped and undergoes a second fermentation for an additional 60 hours. Lastly, the coffee was dried on African beds for 20 days with a target final moisture level of 10%
