The Sunrise is a single-origin specialty filter coffee from Sidamo, Ethiopia (washed) with elegant citrus & bergamot notes, a delicate body, and a Darjeeling touch. It delivers lightness, sweetness, and floral clarity – pure as a pour-over or in a batch brewer. Freshly roasted in Berlin.
