About This Coffee

This coffee lot undergoes a meticulous washed process, starting with careful hand sorting to remove any faulty or under-ripe cherries. The coffee is then de-pulped and thoroughly washed to remove the mucilage. Afterward, the beans are placed on raised beds to achieve the ideal moisture content.
