About This Coffee
Sweetness of stone fruit, black tea flavor. Even though it's decaf, you can still feel the characteristic flavor of Ethiopian washed coffee. Of course, the flavor is inferior to our regular lots, but it's a taste that can satisfy you as an everyday coffee! Sidamo is a representative coffee-producing region in Ethiopia. Coffees with bright citrus nuances have captivated many enthusiasts. This coffee uses cherries grown in the highlands of Sidamo at an altitude of about 1800~2300m, processed with the washed method, and then decaffeinated using the "Mountain Water Decaf Process" by Descamex in Mexico. This system safely removes over 97% of the caffeine using only water, without any chemical solvents. By controlling pressure and heat during the removal process, it preserves the coffee's flavor.

- ストーンフルーツの甘さ、紅茶の風味。 デカフェながらエチオピアのウォッシュトコーヒーらしい風味も感じられます。 もちろん当店の通常ロットより風味は劣りますが、日常のコーヒーとしても満足いただける味わいです！ シダモはエチオピアの代表的なコーヒーの産地。明るい柑橘系のニュアンスを有したコーヒーは多くの愛好家を虜にしています。 シダモの標高1800~2300mほどの高地で生産されたチェリーを使用したウォッシュトプロセスのコーヒーを、メキシコ Descamex社が行う「マウンテンウォーター・デカフェ製法」で処理をしています。 化学的な溶媒を一切使用せず、水のみで安全にカフェインを97%以上除去をおこなうシステムです。除去する際に加圧・加熱コントロールをすることでコーヒーの風味を残すことができることが特徴です。
