Brought to us by "Las Damas de San Ignacio," a woman-led arm of the COOPAFSI cooperative in Peru's northern highlands. Fully washed, sun-dried processing. In the cup, orange blossom and almond liqueur aromas lead to a silky vanilla finish lifted by soft citrus acidity.
