About This Coffee
Walter Samuel Ramirez is a second-generation coffee farmer who runs the El Pino estate in the highlands of central Honduras. Nestled in the Comayagua Mountains at an altitude of around 1,600 meters above sea level, the estate benefits from a cool microclimate and rich volcanic soils. Cherries are selectively handpicked and fermented for 36 hours, then dried under solar dryers for 20-25 days. Clean, layered flavor profile with soft acidity and fresh, delicate aroma.
