About This Coffee

Our main decaf from Colombia. An easy-drinking cup with a vanilla sweetness and mild acidity. It works great for espresso and filter. We’ve been buying this coffee since 2020 from the El Carmen smallholders collective. It’s a washed process and a sugarcane decaffeination. We recently changed the name of this coffee from Sleep Well Beast to After Hours.
