Gentle yet confident Brazilian coffee from the green hills of Minas Gerais. Arabica beans ripen at up to 1,100 meters elevation. Cool climate and mineral-rich soils create a mild character with depth. Natural processing and slow sun-drying produce a balanced character with fine notes of roasted almond, dark nuts and a hint of ripe berry. Fresh with a soft body.
