About This Coffee

Hella is our gentle – but confident – Brazilian. Her Arabica beans ripen in the green hills of Minas Gerais at altitudes of up to 1,100 meters. The cool climate and mineral-rich soils give her a mild character – and at the same time depth. Through natural processing and slow sun-drying, Hella develops a balanced character with fine notes of roasted almond, dark nuts, and a hint of ripe berries. Her freshness underscores the soft body – without taking center stage.
