El Ocaso by Santiago Patiño combines fruity intensity with floral elegance. The rare Papayo variety grows at 1,700–1,850 meters in the Colombian highlands of Salento and is processed using a natural, anaerobic method. This gives the coffee a pronounced sweetness, velvety texture, and complex aromas. In the cup, you can expect notes of strawberry jam, dark molasses, and a subtle hint of chamomile – a coffee that delights with depth, clarity, and character.
