Balanced cup, with a clean acidity, & an expressive sweetness. We've been very lucky to bring you a couple amazing coffees from the Khun Lao farm this year, & this anaerobic washed coffee is no exception. Farm owner Jaroon Jaipan has used an Anaerobic Washed process to give the local Chiang Mai varietal a whole spectrum of flavour.
