About This Coffee

Monastery is based out of Adelaide, Australia and is known for pumping out some of the best light roasts in the country. They carry a lot of coffees on the funkier side of things, but roast them very well! Truthfully, I have very little info on this one! This was made available to us while they profile it. They advertised it as a super clean washed coffee, but given that it's a Wilton coffee, it'll probably end up a bit 'warshed'. Regardless, this is the cleanest coffee from Monastery, so worth a try if you want a cleaner lot from them!
