About This Coffee

One of our favorite experimental coffees is back to impress our adventurous aficionados. For this lot, coffee cherries were depulped with mucilage left intact, partially dried, then rested in sealed bags for a few days before fully drying. The Ureña Rojas Family has refined this meticulous processing method to create a fruity, winey flavor profile for the folks who love avant-garde coffees.
