The El Orvo comes from the Don Sabino Micromill, a father-son project by Steven Vargas and his father. The Finca El Orvo is located in Fraijanes, Central Valley, Alajuela, at around 1600 m altitude and has been family-owned for five generations. Catuai from plots between 1300 and 1600 m was processed during the harvest season from October to March. The El Orvo is processed as natural. A balanced, delicate natural with an elegant combination of white currant, vanilla, and walnut.
