A particularly aromatic coffee from Costa Rica, developed by Roberto Mata, a pioneer in sustainable coffee farming with almost 50 years of experience. He manages the La Pachuca farm in the Tarrazú (Dota) region together with his family and processes his coffees in his own M+M Micromill. This small, family-run processing station allows full control over every processing step—from the precise selection of cherries to the final drying.
