First decaf available online, sugar cane processed. Can be enjoyed as filter coffee or espresso. Chocolatey sweet and slightly spicy notes. Monte Bonito is a small cooperative with less than 1000 residents located between the slopes of Cerro Bravo mountain range in Colombia. The sugar cane decaffeination process uses natural sugars from sugar cane rich in ethyl acetate, which selectively removes only caffeine while preserving other flavor compounds, making it a natural, chemical-free, environmentally friendly decaffeination method.
