A family project with heart, craftsmanship and a decent dose of experimental spirit. Alexander and Magali Delgado have turned their farms in the hills of Grecia into a small laboratory of varietal diversity, where each coffee gets its own character and each harvest is refined into something special right at the family home. In the cup, you'll find notes of toffee, along with peach and a syrupy sweetness paired with a juicy acidity. A coffee that sounds like a well-aged mixtape: warm, smooth and with a clear signature.
