About This Coffee

The return of 'Panettone' - a cardamom and orange co-fermented lot from Finca Milan in Risaralda, Colombia. This time, due to natural variations in the fermentation process, we're experiencing a more spice-driven profile here, somewhat akin to Milky Cake but with a bit more of a richness of complexity. We tasted a sweet and syrupy profile here, reminding us of musk sticks, florals, orange, cardamom and black pepper - it's for reals a crazy good coffee!
