If you will be spending Christmas morning opening presents by your fake fireplace, listening to A Very She & Him Christmas on your record player and watching 'The Holiday' until you uncontrollably bawl your eyes out, this might the be coffee for you… A honey Yellow Bourbon from Jorge Vasquez' 'Roble Negro' in Tarrazú, Costa Rica. We found this to be an incredibly round and sweet profile, with plenty of fruit to give it a juicy and delightful quality! We tasted mango, peach nectar and raspberry smoothie whilst hot, and mandarin and oranges whilst cool!
